Refund & Returns Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), or gift cards.

How to Return

1. Email hello@kmxonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
3. Ship the item back in original condition.
4. Once inspected, we'll notify you if approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Email hello@kmxonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Free returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery (selected countries only).

Refunds

First-time customers are eligible for a refund on their first purchase, subject to a small return fee calculated at the time of return.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
